The Service provides software tools, information, estimates, rankings, automated outputs and AI-generated recommendations intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes. Outputs may vary between users and sessions and may be incomplete, inconsistent, inaccurate, unsuitable, experimental, random, probabilistic or otherwise unexpected.
Nothing contained within the Service constitutes a promise, representation or guarantee regarding match outcomes, ranking improvements, performance or strategic success.
The Service incorporates artificial intelligence technologies and automated systems. Generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, hallucinations, incorrect assumptions, suboptimal recommendations or unexpected behavior.
Users remain solely responsible for all actions, decisions and interpretations derived from the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazy Solutions Ltd including affiliates, suppliers, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, expenses, liabilities, indirect damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, loss of rank, loss of progress, dissatisfaction, account restrictions, interrupted gameplay, software defects, AI errors, inaccuracies, outages, delays or any consequences arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service.
Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Purchases relate to digital content and software functionality. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, all purchases are final. Dissatisfaction with recommendations, outputs, rankings, changes in functionality, meta shifts, discontinuation of features or subjective expectations shall not automatically entitle users to refunds.
Refunds, credits or exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company without creating any precedent or future obligation.
Features, databases, models, interfaces, prices, algorithms and functionality may be modified, suspended, limited or permanently discontinued at any time and without notice. Temporary interruptions or defects do not constitute breach of these Terms.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time where reasonably deemed necessary for operational, technical, legal or security reasons.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with laws applicable to Crazy Solutions Ltd.
